Due to the increase in demand that has taken place within the office and industrial condo sub-market, Victoria Properties has established a division within the company that solely caters to this form of property ownership. We work with a number of developers in the Phoenix market and pride ourselves on our ability to assist them with the process of transitioning the project from a construction site to an operating property governed by an Association of unit owners.
